To keep checkout simple, we utilize a flat-rate shipping model based entirely on your cart size:

• Orders Over $50: 100% FREE Standard Shipping.

• Orders Under $50: $5.99 for the first item, plus $1.99 for each additional item in your cart.

Standard fulfillment and shipping typically take 5 to 10 business days. As soon as your order leaves the clubhouse, we will send an automated tracking link to your email.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, your items must meet the following baseline conditions:

• Apparel (Polos & Tees): Must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.

• Headwear (Hats): Must be sweat-stain free, unbent, and unaltered.

• Accessories (Towels & Coolers): Must be completely unused.

• Note: Final sale items, custom clearance items, or digital gift cards are exempt from returns.

• If we made a mistake: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item, we will issue a free prepaid return shipping label and fix it immediately.

• For standard returns/size exchanges: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping label costs back to our facility.

1. Email us at admin@trianglegolfclub.org with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

2. Ensure your items match the eligibility requirements listed above.

3. Pack your item securely and mail it to our fulfillment center.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
